2. Agency Role: OneRoofTravel acts strictly as a booking agent connecting travelers with airlines, licensed hotels, transport operators, and insurance providers. Delivery of transit services is governed by the specific terms of carriage of each carrier.

3. Booking Accuracy & Passenger Details: Airline fares are subject to dynamic real-time seat inventory until payment is authorized and a valid PNR is generated. Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that all names match official government photo IDs/passports exactly. OneRoofTravel holds no liability for denied airport boarding caused by inaccurate passenger names, expired passports, or missing visa credentials.

4. Ground Transport & Vehicle Hire: Vehicle bookings (Ertiga, Fortuner, Innova Crysta, sedans) are confirmed by category and authorized passenger count. Vehicles are restricted to booked routes; unscheduled route diversions or excessive wait times will incur supplementary charges.

5. Ticket Amendments: Date rescheduling and routing changes remain subject to airline fare differences and carrier reissue penalty tariffs plus a nominal service charge.
